We are an EAL beacon school and incredibly proud of our Learning Village where pupils new to English receive specialist language support.
Our school corridors shine with beautiful artwork celebrating the diversity of our school community and our annual Cultural Day carnival is a highlight of the GGA calendar.
Inclusive
Inclusion is who we are at GGA and this is something we have developed a reputation for. From our 12-place Autism provision, to our extensive
family services team and our resident therapy animals, we are able to provide a great deal of additional support to our pupils in order that every child may thrive.
Pupils are taught with their peers and our teachers are skilled in providing adaptive teaching in order to meet every child at their starting point and move every child onwards in their learning journey.
Values-led
At GGA we have a strong commitment to values-based education. Our rolling programme of monthly values underpins our PSHE teaching as well as every other aspect of school life.
Children are taught the value each month and the school strives to embody all values in our modelling to pupils. Our values bring us together as a community and help our pupils develop into young people who are grounded, empathetic and responsible.
